These terms of use are binding for all users who visit, register, or make a reservation on the Istanbul Travel Point website. By using our site, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Scope of Service
Istanbul Travel Point provides premium chauffeured and insured transfer services from Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), and designated points within Istanbul. All vehicles have appropriate licenses and valid insurance.
2. Reservation and Payment
- Your reservation is only valid upon payment confirmation or bank transfer verification.
- The price you see includes all taxes, highway/bridge fees, chauffeur service, complimentary water, and the first 60 minutes of waiting time.
- Online payments are processed via iyzico; your card information is not stored on our servers.
- Reservation confirmation will be sent to you via email at the end of the same process. It is recommended to have your voucher with you on the day of travel.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Up to 24 hours before the journey: free cancellation.
- Cancellations between 24 and 6 hours: 50% of the total fee is refunded.
- Cancellations less than 6 hours before or no-show without cancellation: no refund.
- If your flight is canceled by the airline, you are entitled to free cancellation or rescheduling.
- Refunds are processed to the same card within 3-10 business days after approval of your request.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during reservation.
- Keep flight information updated (code, time changes).
- Comply with luggage capacity (as specified for the vehicle).
- No smoking in the vehicle; coordinate food/drink consumption with the chauffeur.
- Be responsible for any material damage caused to the vehicle.
5. Child Seat and Additional Services
If child/baby seats and additional services are selected during reservation, your request will be prepared as free or paid extra after approval. For last-minute changes, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance.
6. Waiting Times
- For airport transfers, the first 60 minutes after flight landing are free waiting time.
- Additional waiting time is charged per hour started; rates can be found on the reservation screen or by contacting our support line.
- For city/hotel transfers, the free waiting time is 15 minutes.
7. Limitation of Liability
Istanbul Travel Point is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure such as traffic conditions, weather, roadworks, natural disasters, war, strikes, etc. The company is also not liable for items left in the vehicle; found items are kept for 30 days.
8. Insurance
All journeys are covered by valid legal traffic insurance and personal accident insurance. The insurance policy includes limits specified per vehicle.
9. Membership and Account
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over.
- You are responsible for the security of your password and all actions taken through your account.
- If false information, abuse, or actions violating others' rights are detected, your account may be suspended without prior notice.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the site content (text, logo, images, code, brand) is the intellectual property of Istanbul Travel Point. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms of use may be updated at any time. The current version is always published on this page; by accessing the site, you are deemed to have accepted the latest version.
